Returns and Refunds

Moschino offers a seamless return process for items purchased on our official online store within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Complete the Online Return Form

  Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' section to complete the online Return Form and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original Moschino packaging and seal the box securely, ensuring the pre-printed return label is attached to the outside.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
